Cut cards can bend or scuff during transport even after successful printing. Packaging should protect the finished edges without marking fresh ink.
Let the batch dry before packing
Stack aligned cards on a clean surface and use packaging that keeps them flat. Separate different sizes or versions clearly. Avoid tight bands pressing directly across faces or delicate corners.
Final check
Open one transported pack and inspect a middle card before handing out the entire batch.
