Designs and photos

For our booklet, two-sided card, and poster editors, your design text and photos are saved in your browser's local storage and IndexedDB. They are used there to render previews and downloadable files. Those design contents are not uploaded to our server or to Stripe as part of this checkout flow. Browser storage can be cleared by you or your browser; we cannot recover a locally stored design after it is removed.

Payments, promo codes, and access

We require an email address before payment or promotional-code activation. For payments, we pass it to Stripe for checkout and receipts. We store the email, access method, Stripe payment identifiers or redeemed code, browser-session identifier in hashed form, and the 30-day access dates to make downloads available in the activating browser and handle refunds, disputes, and code misuse. A code is one-use; we retain its issuance, redemption, and revocation status. We do not collect or store your full card number. Stripe may process payment, contact, device, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy.

We also record which product and template you select and the type of file you export, together with UTC time, the browser's time zone, a local and Moscow-time equivalent, approximate country, and referral source when available. We do not store your design text or photos in this activity record, and we do not store a full IP address there. The time zone and source may be missing or approximate.

Browser data, cookies, and analytics

We use browser storage for your draft, selected sizes, order identifiers, and cookie preference. Essential cookies associate the access period with your browser. There is no login, and an email alone cannot restore access on a different browser. Clearing cookies can remove access even before the 30 days end. If configured, Google Analytics is loaded after you accept analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, and access time to deliver and secure the site.

Support, retention, and your choices

If you email us, we use your message and contact details to respond and resolve your request. Support correspondence may be kept as needed for follow-up, disputes, and applicable legal duties. Stripe retains payment records under its own policies. You can remove locally stored designs through your browser settings, but doing so may also remove your ability to reopen a paid design.
