InMemoryStudio is operated by NAZAR HOLOVKO as an individual seller. These terms apply to use of this website and purchases of its digital memorial designs. Questions can be sent to system.out.println.hi.world@gmail.com.
Digital designs and payment
We offer editable four-page booklets, two-sided cards, and memorial posters as digital downloads. One $10 USD payment, or a valid one-use promotional code at no charge, gives 30 days of access to all available designs, sizes, edits, and downloads in the browser used for activation. An eligible private offer may have a lower checkout price, shown before payment. The period starts when payment is confirmed or the code is activated and lasts 30 × 24 hours; it does not renew automatically. We do not print or ship physical products. Stripe processes your payment; we do not receive your full card number.
Delivery and your browser
After a successful payment or promotional-code activation, download controls become available in that browser for the 30-day access period. An email address is required in either case, but no account or login is created. Your draft, including photos, is stored in that browser rather than in an online account. Download and keep your files promptly. Clearing browser data, switching browsers or devices, or losing access to that browser may prevent us from restoring your draft or access. An email address by itself does not restore access. We do not currently send the finished files by email. If a paid file is unavailable, contact us at system.out.println.hi.world@gmail.com.
Refunds and payment disputes
Because digital files are made available immediately after payment, we do not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind or for content you chose to include in a design. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you were charged twice, cannot access a paid file, or believe a payment was unauthorized or incorrect, email system.out.println.hi.world@gmail.com with the purchase date and the email used at checkout. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct it or refund the payment to its original method. You may also use the dispute rights available through your payment provider.
Your content and permitted use
Check names, dates, photos, and other details before printing. You are responsible for having permission to use the photos and text you add. You may use and print your downloaded designs for personal memorial purposes, including copies for family and service guests. You may not resell or redistribute our templates as standalone designs. Your own photos and text remain yours.
Service and changes
We work to keep the editor and downloads available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every home printer will produce identical results. These terms may be updated; the date above identifies the current version. Nothing here excludes a consumer right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
