A front-only batch may result from selecting the wrong file or leaving two-sided printing off. The missing back cannot be fixed safely by guessing sheet orientation.
Check the setup before reprinting
Confirm that the chosen production file contains both sides. Test manual reinsertion on a spare sheet if the existing fronts must be reused. Keep already printed stock separate from blank sheets.
Final check
Inspect one completed front-and-back card before attempting the remaining batch.
