Feed variation can cause later sheets to align differently from the proof. Perfect-looking first-sheet alignment is not a guarantee for a long run.
Inspect a small batch first
Print a few sheets and compare the front-to-back registration before cutting. Keep the paper stack consistent and avoid mixing stock types. If the shift is excessive, discuss the job with a provider rather than compensating each design separately.
Final check
Cut samples from different sheets, not only the first approved page.
