A white border can be the normal limit of a printer's printable area. It does not automatically mean the exported design is incomplete.
Choose a border intentionally
Inspect whether the border is even and whether any essential text is lost. For a home print, a consistent border may be acceptable. For edge-to-edge artwork, ask a print provider about suitable stock and trimming rather than enlarging the file unpredictably.
Final check
Check the folded cover and back together so the outside border feels consistent.
