Printing folded booklets
Funeral Program PDF Shared by Email Becomes a Preview Image
InMemoryStudio ·
A message may display an image preview while the original PDF remains attached. The recipient should print the actual attachment rather than the compressed preview.
Name the attachment clearly
Send the approved PDF with a note identifying its paper size and folded format. Ask the recipient to download it before printing. Avoid placing the only copy of the design inside the message as a screenshot.
Final check
Verify that the recipient's file is a PDF and not an image saved from the message preview.
Apply this to your design
Use an available four-page US Letter booklet layout, then review the cover, two inside pages, and back before downloading.
