Printing folded booklets
Funeral Program PDF Opens at a Small Zoom
InMemoryStudio ·
A PDF viewer's initial zoom is not the printed size. A tiny on-screen page can still print correctly when its document dimensions and print settings are right.
Inspect dimensions rather than display percentage
Check the PDF page size and choose the matching paper in the print dialog. Zoom in to inspect details, then use a physical test to judge readability. Do not enlarge the artwork just to make the viewer's first display fill the screen.
Final check
Measure the test sheet or finished fold when you need to confirm actual size.
Apply this to your design
Use an available four-page US Letter booklet layout, then review the cover, two inside pages, and back before downloading.
