Two downloads may represent different revisions even if their names are similar. The latest download is not automatically the approved one.
Compare the visible differences
Open both files and check the name, dates, photo, and recently edited area. Retain the approved version with a clear filename and keep the other away from the print submission.
Final check
Ask the approver to identify the exact file when a correction was made between downloads.
