Checking a Memorial File Before Moving It to Another Device

A transferred filename does not prove that the entire file arrived correctly. Open the downloaded copy on the receiving device before printing.
Verify the transferred output
Check all booklet pages or both card sides, the portrait, and the name. Ensure the file is the intended export rather than a preview image from the transfer interface.
Final check
Keep a separate copy of the approved output so a failed transfer does not become the only available version.
