Editing and download decisions
What to Ask Before Ordering Memorial Prints
InMemoryStudio ·
Ask about the file, paper, finishing, timing, and proof before placing an order. These answers vary by printer and should not be assumed.
A workable approach
Can you confirm final dimensions, paper compatibility, duplex orientation, proof availability, quantity, and collection time?
Make it fit your situation
An online editor's export does not guarantee that every shop offers every requested finish.
Ask whether the shop needs individual pages, imposed sheets, bleed, or another format. Its preferred submission method may differ from the site's available export, and that should be clarified before ordering.
Before you finish
Make the decision before editing the final design, then record it where the family can find it. A clear owner and a saved final version reduce last-minute confusion. Keep the working notes separate from the tribute guests will read.
