Multiple contributions can contain compressed copies, uncertain captions, and duplicates. Choose sources deliberately before inserting them into the design.
Create a private selection list
Record which original file the family approved for each photo area. Keep private contributor information outside the public design. Ask for a better source when an otherwise meaningful image is too small.

Do not assume the most recently received file is the highest-quality version.
