Writing and photo selection can progress separately, but the final layout should use the actual approved images. A placeholder crop is not final approval.
Keep text and image decisions distinct
Draft the biography and service order, then choose a template that accommodates them. Replace every sample photo before evaluating nearby text. Avoid polishing captions for an image the family may not use.
Final check
Review all four pages again once the real photographs are inserted.
