A layout can appear different because of font rendering, line wrapping, or the way a viewer displays the file. The exported proof is the file the printer will receive.
Compare the actual content
Check paragraph endings, name lines, special characters, and photo placement. If content is missing or shifted, revise and export again rather than sending a screenshot of the editor.
Final check
Approve the downloaded version, not only the version visible while an element is selected.
