A photo replacement can affect text contrast and crop balance. Approval of the words remains useful, but the complete design needs another visual review.
Inspect every use of the portrait
Check the cover or front, any collage images, and exported sizes. Review headings that sit beside or over the image. Keep the previously approved wording unless a change is necessary.
Final check
Export a fresh proof and clearly distinguish it from the file containing the earlier photograph.
