Blur can result from a screenshot, low-resolution image export, or scaling a small file too far. Start with the original download rather than a messaging-app preview.
Practical check
Open the exported PDF directly, zoom in on the name, and compare it with the editor preview before printing.
Make it fit your situation
If text is already rasterized at low resolution, ask for a better export rather than sharpening the entire page.
Check whether the file was compressed during sharing. A small preview received through a messaging app may look blurry even when the original exported PDF remains clear and suitable for printing.
Before you finish
Use the final exported file for a test print before ordering the full quantity. Printer settings, paper, and trimming can change the result. Ask the print provider about its requirements rather than assuming that every machine behaves the same way.
