Funeral Program Reading Credit Without Printing the Full Text

A reading can be credited by title and reader when there is not enough room or permission to reproduce it. The order of service does not need the complete passage to be useful.
List the agreed information
Use Reading: [Title], read by [Reader]. If the passage is original family writing, say so only when that is true. Leave private preparation notes in the organizer's copy rather than the guest booklet.
Final check
Confirm the title with the reader and ensure the final program does not accidentally promise a different reading.
