Repeated paragraphs often appear when contributions are copied from several drafts. The duplication can survive spellcheck because each sentence is valid.
Review section openings and endings
Read the first and last sentence of each paragraph in sequence. Compare memories that appear both in the biography and a signed tribute. Keep repetition only when it is an intentional refrain, not an accidental paste.
Final check
Check the exported proof against the approved text file before treating the layout as final.
