Changing the visual template is a new layout decision, not just a cosmetic swap. Different text areas may wrap the same words differently.
Check the entire four-page sequence
Inspect the cover name, biography endings, service list, and back-page acknowledgments. Look for missing lines and unexpectedly small type. Compare the new version with the approved text rather than trusting the old layout approval.
Final check
Give the approver the new exported file with a distinct filename so the previous proof is not printed accidentally.
