A clipped final line can come from content placed too close to the edge or from a mismatch between file and paper size. Simply shrinking all text may hide the actual cause.
Compare the export and the paper settings
Check whether the line is complete in the PDF. If it is, inspect the printer's scale and paper selection. If it is missing there too, revise the text area or shorten the paragraph before exporting again.
Final check
Inspect the same line on a fresh physical proof rather than relying on the print preview alone.
