Clarify before sending another export
Ask whether they need cover, inside left, inside right, and back separately or a ready-to-fold spread file. Describe the finished four-page size accurately. Do not use screenshots as a substitute for the requested production file.

Have the printer confirm the folded page order in its proof before approving the batch.
