Fixing White Borders Around a Memorial Poster

A white border may be caused by a non-borderless printer or a file that does not fill the chosen sheet. It is not always an error in the artwork.
Practical check
Check the PDF dimensions, the paper size, and whether the printer supports borderless output on that paper.
Make it fit your situation
Do not enable an enlargement mode without checking whether it crops the face, name, or dates.
If a shop requests bleed, obtain its exact specification and check whether the export supports it. Do not add a generic bleed value without knowing how the file will be trimmed.
Before you finish
Use the final exported file for a test print before ordering the full quantity. Printer settings, paper, and trimming can change the result. Ask the print provider about its requirements rather than assuming that every machine behaves the same way.
