Memorial Design Needs a Correction After Files Were Shared

Once files have been shared, a correction needs communication as well as a new export. The old attachment may remain in someone else's print queue.
Send a clear replacement notice
Identify the corrected file and the previous filename it replaces. Explain which visible detail changed without sharing unnecessary private information. Ask recipients to stop using the earlier file.
Final check
Confirm the printer has the replacement before assuming a corrected website preview solves the print job.
