The name can sit above or below the portrait, but its relationship to the photograph should feel deliberate. Avoid making both areas so large that dates are squeezed out.
Compare the available arrangements
Use the template's starting position as a guide. Check the space around the forehead and the bottom of the picture. A longer name may suit a two-line arrangement below the portrait.
