A corrected date requires a new export and clear replacement instructions. A printer may otherwise use the earlier approved file still in its queue.
Send a complete replacement pair
State which filename supersedes the previous version and whether the back also changed. Recheck the layout around the corrected line before approval. Do not send only a text correction without a new production file.
Final check
Confirm the first printed card contains the corrected date before the full run continues.
