Memorial Card Bleed File Versus No-Bleed File

Bleed extends artwork beyond the intended finished edge so a printer can trim it. It is not extra space for names or date lines.
Choose according to the print workflow
Ask the provider whether it wants bleed and how it will trim the card. For home printing, use the suitable supplied layout and keep important content away from cut lines. Do not remove bleed by guessing a crop.
Final check
Confirm the finished dimensions rather than measuring the full bleed artwork as the card size.
