Using a large front with a compact back creates a pairing problem even if each file looks correct alone. Size should be part of the filename and approval.
Separate outputs by size
Keep each selected front-and-back pair in its own clearly labeled group. Open both files before submitting the print job. Remove outdated versions from the printer's working selection.
Final check
Ask for a proof of each requested size rather than assuming one proof validates them all.
