How to Tell a Memorial Design Draft From the Final Export

A draft and final file may look almost identical in a folder. Clear naming reduces the chance of printing an outdated correction.
Use a meaningful filename
Include product, size, and a final approval date or version. Keep unapproved drafts in a separate working area. Avoid several files all named final with no distinction.
