Long lists can become hard to read if names are squeezed together. Accuracy and clear separation are more important than perfectly equal line lengths.
Inspect each entry individually
Keep one confirmed name per line when the layout allows. Break into balanced columns only if the names remain easy to follow. Label honorary roles separately and avoid wrapping a surname in a way that appears to create another person.
Final check
Compare the exported list entry by entry with the organizer's approved roster.
