Funeral Program No Flowers Request

InMemoryStudio ·

A no-flowers request can be direct and kind. Explain a preferred gesture only if the family has agreed on it, and avoid implying that support must cost money.

Example wording

The family respectfully requests no flowers. A shared memory or an act of kindness in [Name]'s honor would be warmly appreciated.

Make it fit your situation

Coordinate the wording with the announcement so guests do not receive conflicting instructions.

If flowers are welcome at one event but not another, label the request by event. A general no-flowers note can otherwise conflict with a separate invitation or venue arrangement.

Before you finish

A printed program has limited space. Give this message its own short block so it can be read without interrupting the order of service. Read the final version aloud before fitting it into the design.
