Putting service details near the bottom separates practical information from the name and portrait. The lower area still needs enough space to avoid feeling like an afterthought.
Use a compact information block
Write [Service Date], [Time], [Venue], and [City] on separate lines. Include a full street address only when guests need it on the printed program. Remove repeated venue wording before reducing the type size.
Final check
Check the last line at the finished folded size; it must stay away from the paper edge.
