A lightly filled back page is acceptable. The booklet does not need extra quotations or personal information merely to occupy unused space.
Use one deliberate focal point
Center a short acknowledgment within the available text area, or retain the template's quiet closing arrangement. Remove unused sample text. A brief family message can be enough when the inside pages already contain the main tribute.
Final check
Fold the proof and look at the back independently. It should appear intentional rather than unfinished.
