A dedication can sit beneath a portrait or near the beginning of the biography. Keep it separate from event instructions so its personal voice is not lost.
Choose one place for the dedication
Use a short line such as With love from [Family]. If a longer message is important, move it inside the booklet. Repeating the same dedication on cover and back usually adds clutter rather than meaning.
Final check
Ask the family whether the wording is from one person or the whole family before choosing a signature.
