A late change can affect numbering, credits, and transitions across the inside page. Updating one line may leave an earlier reference elsewhere.
Make one controlled revision
Compare the new sequence with the latest organizer-approved list. Remove canceled items and update participant names where roles have changed. Do not combine competing draft versions during the final export.
Final check
Give the printer only the revised file and clearly identify which previous file is no longer approved.
