Time mistakes are easy to miss because the numbers look plausible. A ceremony and reception may also use different times that need separate labels.
Pair each time with its event
Write [Time] AM or PM consistently, or use the family's approved time format. Confirm that arrival instructions do not appear to be the service start. Remove planning times intended only for speakers or staff.
Final check
Read the event name, date, and time together; checking the time in isolation misses context.
